Possible causes:

  1. You've accidentally entered the wrong email address
    Either when signing in on a new device, or just signing in on the same device after a logout.

    In any case, how could that happen? Because it's common for customers to create two accounts―one with an actual subscription and the other one forgotten―"half-finished" and inactive.

    To solve: Just double-check that you're signing in with the correct email. If you use several emails, try another one you often use.

  2. There is some other account problem
    If you've tried other emails and you still see this issue, reach out to us here. Please mention that you're prompted to sign in even though your account should be active. Let us know the email address you're using and any others you might have used before.
