You do not need cable or satellite to subscribe to AMC+. AMC+ is available as a direct subscription from AMC, as well as via our partners: Apple TV Channels, Amazon Prime Video Channels and The Roku Channel.
Subscribe directly with AMC
- Go to www.amcplus.com
- Create a username and password
- Select the monthly or annual plan
- Start the trial
Subscribe via Apple TV Channels
- Make sure you have a suitable device
An Apple TV
or one of these devices with the Apple TV app installed - Open Apple TV channels
Open the app and select Watch Now
Scroll down to Try Apple TV channels or go to Search and enter AMC+ - Subscribe
Find AMC+
Start the trial.

Subscribe via Amazon Prime Video Channels
On a web browser
- Click this link and follow through to start the trial
- You may need to sign in with your Amazon account
On a Fire TV
- Open the Prime Video app
- Scroll down until you see the row called Prime Video Channels
- Scroll to the right until you see AMC+
- Select AMC+ and start the trial
On a Roku
- Open the Prime Video app
- Choose TV from the top-of-screen menu
- Scroll down until you see the row called Prime Video Channels
- Scroll to the right until you see AMC+
- Select AMC+ and start the trial
On a Phone or Tablet
- Open the Prime Video app
- (not the regular Amazon shopping app)
- Tap the Find icon (magnifying glass)
- Search AMC+
- You should an icon for AMC+ with "prime video | channels" logo below it
(You may need to scroll down below a list of AMC shows or other content that shows first) - Click the AMC+ icon
- A details screen opens
- Click Learn More on the banner
- Start the trial
Subscribe via The Roku Channel
- Get The Roku Channel on your Roku device.
The Roku channel is its own app/channel. You should be able to see the icon for it on the Roku Home screen, the same as any other app like Netflix, Prime Video etc.
If you don't have it already, go to Home > Streaming Channels to find and add it to your device.
You will also need a Roku account for billing. If you don't have one yet, Roku will prompt you to create one when you add The Roku Channel. - Find AMC+
Launch The Roku Channel
Navigate to the row called Browse Premium Subscriptions
Click into Watch Premium Movies & TV
Find AMC+ under Movies & TV - Subscribe
Select AMC+
Start the 7-day trial
When your trial ends, your monthly subscription will begin (charged by Roku Pay)
